Expecting a credit? If you have a credit from a previous season, please mention this in the “Special Notes” section of the registration form.
💳 Payments & Registration
Securing your spot on the boat is a first-come, first-served process. Prompt, early payment is the best way to guarantee your seat and helps our volunteers immensely with seasonal administration.
🔄 Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Our policy is structured as follows:
| Timeline of Request | Refund Amount |
| 7+ days before the first practice | Full refund (less a $50 admin fee) |
| Up to the day of the first practice | 50% refund (less a $50 admin fee) |
| After the first practice | No refunds |
Extenuating Circumstances
If a member must resign from the team due to unexpected, serious circumstances (such as a major injury), a pro-rated reimbursement—less the $50 administration fee—may be issued, subject to approval by the Club Executive.
🛶 Member Responsibilities
Dragon boating is a thrilling, safe, and fun team sport! To ensure a fantastic season for everyone, we ask our members to commit to the following:
Safety First: We follow simple, essential safety rules to keep everyone secure on the water. These will be explained at the start of the season and must be adhered to at all times.
Team Spirit : Our club prides itself on positive sportsmanship and proudly supporting our local communities and festivals.
Attendance Matters: Because this is a true team sport, a full boat is the absolute key to a productive practice. We expect members to attend every practice possible. If you must miss a session, please notify the coach as far in advance as possible.
